the apartment was spacious, clean and luxurious. it was home from home with practically everything you would need for long or short stay

I was really impressed. I've never stayed in a serviced apartment before but it was much better than a hotel - I loved having all the space. I have already recommended Victoria Apartments to other people.

The bedroom was too hot in the night - if I stayed a second night I'd have shut down the storage heater or opened the window before going to bed. Also, when I booked it, it wasn't clear that the 'reception' wasn't staffed outside work hours, so I turned up later than you expected.

first class accomodation in very convenient city centre location

The two young men who were on staff were very polite and helpful. The layout of the apartment was very nice - privacy, comfort, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of storage room in bedroom. Nice sunny lounge area with convenient computer table. It was very quiet. Attractive furnishings for the price - and quite clean.

This is not a complaint, but the sofa was a little small for our needs (occasional insomnia for one of our sleepers!) The mattress on the bed was too soft for our bodies. We had terrible problems using our laptop. It worked fine at Starbucks and other locations, but only sporadically in the apartment. FInally had to give up on it - and that was one of the main reasons we chose Victoria Apartments. Maybe it was in the literature somewhere, but we had a long stay - 2 weeks - and were unsure about when cleaning would be done, toilet rolls replaced, etc. Just an explanation when we checked in would have been helpful.

The fact the fire alarm went off at some early hour (tenant cooking sausages) allowing us to vacate early.

Totally misrepresented on website and overall description of facilities, comfort and location.If this is a five star rating dwelling one would be agasp at a three star rating...

Privacy and space Ease of access City Parking Free Wifi

Victoria Apartments are very good but small details need addressing. To make it a 'luxury' place to stay all the facilities need to be of the same standard. For example, the rooms are lovely and spacious and the tv screen could be watched from the moon. However, many of the kitchen facilities are cheap and there's a small sofa tear. Small issues, but they matter.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable appartment

The hot water was not hot continuously, one person bath and the water turns cold. You have to put both heating and hot water on continue to have it running, making the flat too hot. Please check the setting for future quest

Plenty of room. Full kitchen apartment was very comfortable. It was nice To have a full apartment all to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location, great secure parking & Ben was so helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very stylish & extremely spacious. It was, pardon the pun, a home from home. I will definitely book again as I found it better than most hotels.
